We know your new fountain will bring you years of enjoyment, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your fountain for a refund (less any additional shipping or special charges) within 60 days of receipt. NOTE: Restocking fees of 15% may apply. You must retain all original packing and crates/boxes as your return must be sent back in its original container for a refund.
Returns other than those due to manufacturing defects or damage from shipping must be sent prepaid by consumer and insured for the full purchase price. 
** Please note that stone is a natural product and all our fountains are handcrafted. Sizes, textures, weight and colors are approximate and may vary from fountain to fountain making each truly unique.

When you are on a secure page during the checkout process, here is how you will know: Your browser's location address will begin with https://. In addition you will see a lock icon at the bottom of your browser window that may look something like this:

Product description pages and other store information pages may not have the lock or https://. This is normal. The only pages used to transmit personal details (billing address, email address, and credit card information) are in the account area and checkout, and those pages will always be secure.

Our privacy policy is short, because we keep your private information private, period. We value you as a customer, and know that protecting your privacy is important. Your personal details and email address will not be shared, rented, or sold to 3rd parties ever!

Shipping We make every effort to get your fountain to you as soon as we can!

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. If a fountain is in stock we will ship it in 3 to 5 business days. If it is not in stock we will let you know the soonest that you can have your fountain.

You will know when you should receive your fountain via e-mail correspondents. Then and only then do we charge your credit card.

Shipping Note: If you notice any damage to the outside of the package/crate you must detailed it on the bill of Lading. (BOL) If possible, open the package or crate.
 If the driver will not wait then on the paper that you sign write " Possible Concealed Damage" Do this even if you looked at the contents.
It will help later if you find something that you may have missed.

Return Policy

60 Day Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unused item in original condition and original packaging, within 60 days of shipping for a full refund, less shipping costs. If the item was shipped to you at no charge the actual shipping costs for items will be deducted from the refund.

 Note: Only items that are unused and in original condition can be returned – no exceptions.

How to return an fountain.

TO INSURE A PROMPT REFUNDFOLLOW ALL STEPS BELOW:

1. Obtain An RMA Number - Please call 607-535-9709 and speak to a customer service representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on correspondence with the return such as the original packing slip.  If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include a note with the billing name and address and the RMA number.

2. Pack Your Return - Wrap your item carefully in its original packaging and enclose correspondence, which references the RMA number (as indicated above), with your return.

3. Ship Your Return – Ship your return using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.   We recommend that you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

4. Receive Your Refund - If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued within 15 business days of the receipt of your return and will appear on your billing statement as Waterfalls of the Fingerlakes. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.  If the item was shipped to you at no charge the actual shipping costs for items will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged Fountain

We want you to enjoy your purchase when it arrives and therefore make every effort to ship items securely. In the event that you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your damaged items.  
Our customer service representatives will make arrangements to have the damaged item/part replaced.

Note: All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order.  We reserve the right to make changes to our policies with or without notice.
