Safe, 100% Secure Online Ordering       

Waterfalls of the Fingerlakes web site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, the industry standard, which encrypts sensitive information including your name and address, email address and highly confidential information, such as a credit card number.  When you are using a security-enabled browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, the information you send us while on a secure page is encrypted. You will always encounter a "secure page" when you enter the checkout process. Encryption safeguards the information so it cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

When you are on a secure page during the checkout process, here is how you will know: Your browser's location address will begin with https://. In addition you will see a lock icon at the bottom of your browser window that may look something like this: (This varies according to the type of browser you have.)

Product description pages and other store information pages may not have the lock or https://. This is normal. The only pages used to transmit personal details (billing address, email address, and credit card information) are in the account area and checkout, and those pages will always be secure.

Our privacy policy is short, because we keep your private information private, period. We value you as a customer, and know that protecting your privacy is important. Your personal details and email address will not be shared, rented, or sold to 3rd parties ever!

Return Policy

"Custom Orders are not refundable" If you wish to cancel an order on a custom item you must notify us within 24 hours of your order. Any custom water fountains, including engraved fountains, or fountains that were designed to a custom size for you, can not be returned. 

Water Fountain Returns:
Our standard water fountains have a 15% restocking fee. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the water fountain less a 15% restocking fee and less any shipping costs that were incurred.     

Please note: On water fountains such as stone fountains or slate fountains where you choose your color, the color of the stone is not a cause for return as all monitors are different and all stone is different so the images are meant to give you a good sampling of what the stone will look like. 

 Note: Only items that are unused and in original condition can be returned – no exceptions.

How to return an fountain.

TO INSURE A PROMPT REFUND – FOLLOW ALL STEPS BELOW:

1. Obtain An RMA Number - Please call 607-535-9709 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on correspondence with the return such as the original packing slip.  If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include a note with the billing name and address and the RMA number.

2. Pack Your Return - Wrap your item carefully in its original packaging and enclose correspondence, which references the RMA number (as indicated above), with your return.

3. Ship Your Return – Ship your return using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.   We recommend that you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

4. Receive Your Refund - If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued within 15 business days of the receipt of your return and will appear on your billing statement as Waterfalls of the Fingerlakes. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.  If the item was shipped to you at no charge the actual shipping costs for items will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged Fountain

We want you to enjoy your purchase when it arrives and therefore make every effort to ship items securely. In the event that you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your damaged items.  
We will make arrangements to have the damaged item/part replaced.

Note: All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order.  If it is not done in 48 hours we cannot file a claim with the shipping company. It will become your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company if you have not contacted us within 48 hours. So please contact us!

 WE DO NOT CHARGE ANYMORE FOR THIS SERVICE.
